The Information We Collect About You And How We Collect It.
Information We Collect Automatically. We automatically collect the following information about your use of our Site or Services through cookies, web beacons, and other technologies: your domain name; your browser type and operating system; web pages you view; links you click; your IP address; the length of time you visit our Site and or use our Services; and the referring URL, or the webpage that led you to our Site. We primarily use the information that you provide to us to fulfill your delivery and catering orders. We also may use your information, including personal information, for the following purposes:

However, please keep in mind that we are under no obligation to delete records of past interactions and transactions. We will retain your personal information, including any information you provided through a third-party application, for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you services and to maintain a record of your transactions, and as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
We may not accommodate a request to change information if we believe the change would violate any law or legal requirement or cause the information to be incorrect.
What Choices Do I Have Regarding Use of My Personal Information?
We may send periodic promotional or informational emails to you. You may opt-out of such communications by following the opt-out instructions contained in the e-mail. Please note that it may take up to 10 business days for us to process opt-out requests. If you opt-out of receiving emails about recommendations or other information we think may interest you, we may still send you e-mails about your account or any Services you have requested or received from us. You can also control how and whether we collect your precise geolocation information through your device’s settings.
The Site is a general audience site not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 or under the applicable age limit. By using the Site and the Services, you represent that you are at least 18 years old and understand that you must be at least 18 years old in order to create an account and purchase the goods or services advertised through the Site. We will promptly delete information associated with any account we obtain actual knowledge associated with a registered user who is not at least 18 years old.
