Naf Naf means to ‘fan the flame.’ The expression is used as an invitation for friends and family to gather around the grill and share a meal together. Back in 2009, Sahar Sander, our late founder, opened the first Naf in Naperville, Illinois and invited the community in to try his authentic handmade recipes true to his Middle Eastern upbringing. Fun fact - we still serve those recipes in our restaurants today!

We now proudly share our fresh Middle Eastern eats at 35 corporate locations across 7 states. Last year, we launched our franchising program and opened our first 2 franchise locations in early 2020 with more to open this year. So bottom line, we're growing and our future is bright. We invite you in to share a meal with us and explore being part of the Naf family.
