What is Naf Perks?
Naf Perks is gratitude from the bottom of our bowl. You can earn and redeem points for free food, and receive special offers and exclusive Naf news. For every $1 you spend on food at Naf Naf you’ll earn 1 point. When you reach 100 points, you'll unlock $10 in rewards! You can also skip the line and order ahead for easy pickup.
How do I get started?
Visit the iOS App store or Google Play store and search for Naf Perks to download the app. Once the app has downloaded, open it and follow the instructions to create your account. You can begin using the Naf Perks app immediately. Don't have a smart phone? No problem! Sign up using your PC or Mac by clicking here.
How does the Naf Perks loyalty program work?
You'll receive 1 point for every $1 you spend at Naf Naf (excludes purchasing gift cards). When you earn 100 points you'll automatically unlock $10 in rewards to spend at Naf Naf. Your reward can be redeemed immediately if you choose or bank them until you are ready.
Is there a fee for enrolling in Naf Perks?
Naf on good people. Naf Perks is free!
How do I earn points?
Simply open your app when you check out at Naf Naf Grill, scan your QR code and points will be automatically added to your account. Use your same account when ordering online and points are added automatically.
The barcode didn’t scan. What can I do?
Just take a photo of the receipt and send it to us using the ‘Need Help?’ feature of the app. We’re happy to help.
Why does the app ask for my location information?
Your location information is needed to identify the Naf Naf restaurants closest to you and make your search quick and easy. Unless you’re willing to cross state lines for Naf Naf, in which case, we admire your dedication.
How do you use my personal and purchase information?
Rest assured, we do not share your personal or purchase information. Purchase information is used to help us better provide you with offers and information you are interested in.
I have an account but didn’t have the Naf Perks app with me when I purchased. Can I still earn points?
Yes, but only if you have the receipt. Each receipt has a Naf Perks barcode that can be scanned to earn your points for your purchase.
How do I know how many points I have earned?
You can check your account balance at any time by opening the Naf Perks app and tapping ‘Perks’ in the bottom menu of your screen. You will see the points meter and how close you are to reaching 100 points.
You can also tap ‘News’ to view any rewards you have earned.
Do I earn points for catering orders?
Yes! Catering orders qualify for earning points.
My receipt was for higher than the points I received, why?
You earn points on all pre-tax sales (the subtotal) and not the receipt total, which includes tax.
Can I give the cashier my phone number to apply my points to account?
No, all points must be earned through the Naf Perks app or via online web orders.
Besides points, are there other ways to get free food and discounts?
Every now and then, we’ll send out some special perks for our loyal members. Just be sure to open our emails and check the “news” section of the app so you don’t miss anything!
I earned a $10 reward, how do I redeem it?
To redeem, open the Naf Perks app before paying the cashier, tap the redeem button, select your Reward, then select the amount of your reward you would like to apply to your purchase, and tap redeem. Confirm the amount by tapping “Yes” in the pop-up screen. Your reward will be applied to your order. A QR code will appear on your deceive. Let the cashier know that you have a reward and they will tell you when to scan your device at check out.
My purchase total is less than my $10 reward. Can I redeem part of it now and the rest later?
Yes, you can use part of your reward and the balance will be saved to your account for redemption towards a future purchase.
If I earn more than one reward, can I save them and use them later?
Reward dollars can be saved and redeemed on a single transaction. Reward items (free entrée, free side, etc.) can be saved, but only one can be redeemed per transaction. Reward items must be redeemed by their expiration date. Reward dollars expire after one year of inactivity on your account.
I have multiple rewards, can I apply them all to one purchase to cover the cost of most of my purchase?
Reward dollars are a dollar amount that can be accumulated & redeemed on any food or drink. So spend your $10 right away, or save up and redeem a larger amount in the future. It’s your call.
Special offer rewards such as a free side or entrée are sent to you via the app and are limited to one per transaction and cannot be combined with other promotions.
Do my rewards expire?
Yes, all rewards eventually expire but we do our best to give you enough time to redeem. You can check your account for current rewards and view the expiration dates. Reward dollars expire after one year of inactivity on your account.
I purchased a Naf Naf gift card, can I earn points?
Purchasing gift cards do not earn points. However, if you have a gift card and wish to use it to pay for your order, you can receive points as long as you are a Naf Perks member.
Why does the Naf Perks app ask to use my camera? And, can I turn it off?
In order to earn points with the barcode, your device camera is needed to view and scan the barcode. You can turn off the camera in your settings but you will need to manually enter the bar code numbers each time you wish to earn points for purchases.
My app is frozen and won't advance to next screen. What do I do?
Try logging out of your account and then closing the Naf Perks app on your device. Restart the app and begin using it as usual. If the problem persists, select the ‘Need Help?’ tab in the app main menu and select ‘App/Technical Feedback.’ Complete the auto-generated email and provide details of your technical difficulty and submit. We’ll be sure to get back to you right away. We’ll do some sleuthing and let you know what we find.
I didn’t earn points and I don’t know why. What can I do?
It can take up to 2 hours to receive your points after the order is received by the restaurant. For online orders, the points will only appear after your pick-up time. If you still haven’t received your points after 2 hours, log into the Naf Perks app, and select the main menu by tapping the list icon in the upper left corner of your screen. Tap ‘Need Help?’ and select the ‘App/Technical Feedback’ button. Complete the email by explaining your situation, location you visited and your receipt number. We will respond within 5 business days to help resolve your situation.
Can I share my rewards with my family?
You can use your rewards toward any purchase of food, but rewards cannot be transferred between Naf Perks accounts.
Can accounts be combined?
No. While you can combine chicken shawarma and steak in a bowl, accounts on Naf Perks cannot be combined.

What type of phone do I need to use the app?
We offer the app for both iOS and Android devices.
How do I refer a friend? What do I get if they visit?
Referring a friend is super easy. Head to the main menu screen and select “Invite Friends.” Tap the generated code to copy, click the “share” button at the bottom, and send out to all of your taste-buddies. If they use Naf Perks to make their first purchase, you pocket 10 additional points. Pretty nifty, right?
Who do I contact with any questions or issues?
We’re happy to help if you have app issues, questions, or existential crises. Just go to the app’s main menu and select “Need Help?” From there, choose between providing app/technical feedback or restaurant feedback. Fill out your email and we’ll get back to you as soon as we can.
How long will it take to make my order?
Our online ordering system will give you an estimated pick-up time before you place your order. ASAP orders take 20 minutes to make on average, but it varies based on time of day and the size of your order. Catering orders require at least 24 hours notice.
Where do I go to pick up my order?
Skip the line and head straight to the cashier. Let a team member know that you’re there to pick up your online order and they will help you right away.
What if I need to make changes or want to cancel my order?
Please call the restaurant directly to make changes or cancel your online order.
Will my online ordering account transfer into the app? Will it keep my order history? Preferences?
No. Unfortunately, if you had an account with our online ordering system before Naf Perks, you’ll need to create a new account. Not to worry though, once you sign up with Naf Perks you can continue to order with ease PLUS you’ll get all the benefits that Naf Perks has to offer.
Can anyone enroll in Naf Perks ?
To join Naf Perks you must be at least 13 years old and a resident of the United States.
I no longer want to participate in Naf Perks. Can I cancel my account?
Yes, if you’d like to delete your account, select the ‘Need Help?’ tab in the app main menu and select ‘App/Technical Feedback.’ Let us know you’d like your account deactivated and we’ll take it from there. We’re sad to see you go but if you change your mind, you know where to find us.
What do I do if I forgot my password?
If you forget your password, simply click on ‘Forgot Password?’ on the Log In screen and an email will be sent to you with a link for easy reset.
